To make this process smooth and effective, here’s how we’ll work together:
Step 1 – Training Needs Analysis
Here we discuss the nuances of your requirements and set up the needs analysis questionnaire for your tutors. This ensures that you invest in the tutors who will be most receptive to the training.
Step 2 – Onboarding The Tutors
This is best delivered live and as a joint effort between you, the agency owner, and myself. In this meeting we will ensure the tutors know how to get the most out of the training and what you expect from them.
Step 3 – The Training Starts!
As with any training of this kind, accountability is a key component to progress. To help you, the agency owner, hold your tutors accountable, I will provide fortnightly module progress reports. Additionally, you will receive the end of module quiz results inputted by each tutor.
